Abstract:
PURPOSE: To unnecessitate both power and special technique in the case of a change to another strength stage and to satisfy the request of woman by inserting a clamping element at the 1st main body of spring into a clamping element at the 2nd main body of spring. CONSTITUTION: Concerning a training instrument for deliberately strengthening each musculargroup, a clamping element 30 at a 1st main body 3 of spring is arranged on the terminal end of a spring element 6, and terminal end clamping element 12 at 2nd main bodies 1 and 2 are constituted so as to respectively have one spring element 6 and 6. Then, the clamping element 30 at the 1st main body 3 of spring can be inserted into the clamping elements 12 at the 2nd main bodies 1 and 2 of springs. As a result, in the case of the change to the other strength stage, neither power nor special technique is required and the request of woman can be satisfied.
