To solve the problem that a globe box simulation machine on an actual scale was used before for operation training on equipment etc., in a glove box, the training costs too much to do as a glove box of an actual machine becomes complicated and large-sized.SOLUTION: A training device for glove box work consists of a glove box simulation panel part and a VR device part, the glove box simulation panel part consists of a plate-like panel body provided with an opening part into which an arm can be inserted, and the VR device part consists of a storage part, an arithmetic part, a camera part, and a display part, in which a glove box model and an equipment model stored in the storage part, and simulating the glove box and equipment etc., of an actual machine by the arithmetic part are displayed at the display part, and the camera part detects a movement of the arm to display an arm model corresponding to the movement of the arm at the display part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
