PURPOSE: To enable the exercise under the pseudo outfield environment, by selecting a desired image from a plurality of outfield scenery images by operating the training equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A bicycle 10 for training is fixed on a basic board, and the handle bar operation is enabled in the lateral direction and the load applied on a pedal can be adjusted, and the image on the screen equipment can be selected according to the handle bar steering direction. For example, if the handle bar is steered in the right direction, when the front image shows the branching point of a road which is branched to two directions, the image of a mountain route can be selected, while if the handle bar is steered in the left direction, the image of a flat course can be selected. When the mountain route is selected, the load applied to the pedal is automatically adjusted in correspondence with the change of the slope of an ascent in the image. The image shown on an image display changes in correspondence with the speed for operating the pedal, and when the bicycle is in stop, the scenery does not move, and the succeeding competitor who outruns the bicycle is shown, and at the same time, the proper voice is outputted. This equipment may be formed to a capsule form, and an air blowing means, pressure reducing means or an air conditioner means may be arranged.
