PURPOSE: To take back the young and supple face by fitting a training tool in the mouth, and training the muscle not usually used.

CONSTITUTION: A part C is held in the mouth and fixed. Parts A are applied to right and left parts of the lips and extended. The lips are extended with force of the mouth. The lips are puckered up by applying force to the lips in this state. Force is relaxed. This operation of puckering of the lips and relaxing of force is repeatedly performed. Resistant parts B are made of rubber materials as a material, and if a steel or an elastic material such as a spring is used, a tool coping with the difference among individuals can be formed. Moreover, the tool can be formed into a shape having low resistance force by eliminating the holding part C. Moreover, the training for upper and lower lips can be performed by the same method.
