To provide a training machine which takes over the advantage of a conventional elliptic cycle type training machine and also allows a user to train even the muscles of a lower back.
The training machine includes: a main body having an erected frame part at the front end and a freely rotatable crank part at the rear end; a pedal unit having right and left pedal links to be respectively pivotally connected to both the sides of the crank part; and a handle unit having right and left handle links with the upper stage parts each constituted to be grips, the middle stage parts each pivotally connected to both sides of the erected frame part, and the lower ends each pivotally connected to the front ends of the right and left pedal links. The respective action loci of the right and left pedal links are elliptic cycles to be intersected each other at a prescribed angle.
