Abstract:
To provide training shoes which smoothen a movement of leg stretching or toe kicking out, let consume energy efficiently by amount of exercise of usual walking level in daily life, and reduce body fat.
An earthing surface 53 of a heel section slopes down by about 10° to a connecting line L1 between a tip of toes 51 and a rear end 52 of the heel section on an upper surface of an outsole, an earthing surface 54 of a toe section slopes up by about 23° to an extension line L2 of the earthing surface 53 of the heel section, as a base point K of a treading section corresponding to a thenar eminence section, and the outsole 5 is formed in curved shape corresponding to the upper surface of the outsole 5.
