To clarify the suitability between training and trainees by clarifying the characteristics of the training.

A training support device includes: a training information storage section 111 in which base concept information indicating a phase of training and relations between phases is correlated with element information indicating the characteristics of the training at each phase and stored; a trainee information storage section 112 in which evaluation information of participant's evaluation on the elements of the training is correlated with participant's individual property information and stored; a model value calculation section 107 which calculates correlation values between all elements by carrying out correlation analysis on the basis of the evaluation information, and calculates the correlation values between elements and individual properties by carrying out correlation analysis on the basis of the evaluation information and the individual property information; and a training model display section 108 which generates and displays a training model in which the whole image representing the relations between the phases and elements on the basis of the base concept information, the relations between elements having correlations in the whole image and relations between the elements and individual properties are shown.
