This training system is constituted by a member card storing ID information of a member and history of data for keeping and improving health, a card reader/writer for reading the ID information of the member card and recording the data for keeping and improving health, an exercise menu, a data collector storing the training data of the member, a plurality of exercise machines capable of extracting the data to be self-adjusted, and a training control device for controlling the plurality of machines. The components are connected by LAN, and the use order of the above exercise menu is set by the training control device.
