This rehabilitation training table 10 is provided with handrails 15 set up above all four sides of the table top 11, a leg 50(55) which supports the table top 11 in a way that the table top 11 can rotated about the leg 50(55) due to a rotary shaft, an auxiliary arm established near the rotary shaft on the reverse side of the table top 11, and a gas spring equipped with a rotatable locking mechanism which is attached to the end of the auxiliary arm in a way that the gas spring can be rotated. The rotatable locking gas spring is stored in the leg 50(55) with one end of the rotatable locking gas spring being fixed therein, so that the table top 11 can be rotated and fixed either in a horizontal or a vertical position.
