To provide a training tool by which power can be applied on the same straight line to perform pressing or drawing motion in a condition kept by both hands or legs without changing gripping hands and which is safe and easily usable and enables user to achieve maintenance of health.

The training tool 10 is configured by including: mutually slidable outer cylinder members 11 and inner cylinder member 15; an outer cylinder-pressing member 12 for pressing the outer cylinder member 11; an inner cylinder-pressing member 16 for pressing the inner cylinder member 15; compression coil springs 20 housed inside both cylinder members 11, 15 to bias outward both pressing members 12, 16, respectively; rubber tubes 25 for biasing inward each of the outer cylinder-pressing member 12 and the inner cylinder-pressing member 16; and an outer cylinder-side mounting member 30 and an inner cylinder-side mounting member 35 held by an operator in each of the outer cylinder-pressing member 12 and the inner cylinder-pressing member 16.
