PURPOSE: To obtain the material contg. a specified compd., having excellent pharmaceutical efficacy persistence and useful in treating pain, diarrhea and tussive conditions without any side-effect such as abuse liability, tolerance, constipation and respiratory distress.

CONSTITUTION: This objective material contains a compd. of the formula. A dosage of the compd. of the formula is preferably within a range of 0.3-12.5 mg/kg.
