Abstract:
To provide an oral liquid preparation comprising tranexamic acid and a sweetening agent that accomplishes all of (1) stabilization of tranexamic acid, (2) prevention of formation of sugar cement (deposition of sugar on a container mouth) and (3) masking of the bitter taste of tranexamic acid.
The oral liquid preparation comprises tranexamic acid and a sweetening agent, where the sweetening agent comprises a combination of reduced maltose syrup and sucralose.
