Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical agent that control dermatological disorders, for example, sensitive skin, skin discomfort, still skin, itchy skin swollen skin, burnt skin sensation by using aminoalkylaminopyrimidine oxides.
SOLUTION: This tranquilizer includes an 2-amino-4-alkylaminopyrimidine 3-oxide family compound, represented by the formula [R1 is a 1-20C alkyl; Z is H, -OR2 (R2 is a 1-12C alkyl)], typically at least one selected from 2- amino-4-dodecylamino-pyrimidine-3-oxide or the like, preferably in an amount of 0.01-20 wt.%, more preferably in an amount of 0.05-10 wt.%. The compound of the formula is obtained, for example, by allowing an aliphatic amine to react with 2-amino-4,6-dichloropyrimidine in a solvent, then allowing the reaction product to react with a urea/H2O2 complex and phthalic anhydride, and hydrogenating the resultant product under hydrogen pressure in a solvent in the presence of potassium hydroxide over a Pd/C catalyst.
