Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a tranquilizer contg. terguride or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: The terguride is capable of acting only on an abnormally active cerebral cortex-intermediate cerebral periphery DA system without causing any ataxia with respect to the extrapyramidal tract, any adverse reaction with respect to internal secretion and overtranquilization and treating for diseases of excessive enhancement of ACS psychomotor activity and abnormal affectomotor.
