Abstract:
To provide a new carboxylic acid-copper complex having excellent stability and gas-adsorbing ability.
The t,t-BCHDA-copper complex is obtained by linking two or more trans-trans-4,4'-bicyclohexyldicarboxylic acids (t,t-BCHDA) through divalent copper by the oxygen atoms forming the carboxylic acids to form the complex. The t,t-BHCDA-copper complex is produced by mixing the t,t-BCHDA with a copper salt in a solvent. The adsorbent uses the t,t-BHCDA-copper complex.
