To enable a user to perform a transaction inquiry with as simple operation as possible, and to enable a bank to efficiently provide information using an existing system.
On receiving an electronic mail from a mobile telephone terminal 10, a controller 21 of a banking support server 20 executes collation processing of a sender. When the sender address has been registered in a customer data memory 22, the controller 21 identifies an inquiry content using a destination address. Further, the controller 21 identifies a customer account using the destination address. Then, a substitutive processing means 211 in the controller 21 acquires a transaction inquiry result after logging in to a net banking server 30. On acquiring the transaction inquiry result, the substitutive processing means 211 logs out of the net banking server 30, and transmits the inquiry result to a mail address registered in the customer data memory 22.
