A television program in which television program connecting data broadcasted by data broadcasting using television radio wave gaps are displayed is received by the television receiver, when the user makes an instruction, the television program is transferred to the portable radio terminal (one having a remote controller function for television is acceptable), and data such as data for questionnaire answers about a company or merchandise/service, or data for ordering/data for material request are inputted while displaying the television program connecting data on the displaying part of the portable radio terminal, and transmitted to the company carried in the television program connecting data or the providing source of the merchandise/service through a public communication network.
