PURPOSE: To call a succeeding customer at proper timing and to shorten teller's and customer's waiting times by displaying the calling number of the succeeding customer when it arrives at previously set time after turning transaction processing to a finish state.
CONSTITUTION: Whether transaction processing is turned to a finish state or not is judged based upon its advancing state (SP19), and at the time of detecting the finish state of the transaction processing, a finish signal is outputted. A passage timer is allowed to start counting operation under a condition of outputting the finish signal (SP22), and when the timer counts the previously set time (SP23), a counting end signal is outputted, and the calling number of a succeeding customer is displayed on a display device to call the customer (SP3 to SP9). Since the calling number of the succeeding customer can be automatically displayed, the succeeding customer can be automatically called at proper timing without forcing a teller to especially pay attention to the calling of the customer during the period of final processing after the finish of the transaction processing.
