Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the payment of the amount of money, which is different from the real claimed amount by issuing tan alarm when an inputted amount data does not coincide with said amount data stored in a storage means. CONSTITUTION:A memory 113 stores customer identification data for identifying a customer and the amount data corresponding to the customer identification data. When from keyboard 1 the customer identification data and the amount data are inputted in a CPU 10, which searches the memory 13 and discriminates whether or not said amount data which is searched coincides with the inputted the amount data. And when they do not coincide, an alarm message is displayed on an indicator 11. Thus, when a written claim is modified or when the amount data different from the real claimed amount is written, the attention of an operator can be aroused.
