A control part 21 of a transaction support server 20 executes user authentication processing according to access from a client terminal 10, and extracts repayment information of a user thereof. When an enterprise permits a plurality of repayment methods, the control part 21 makes the user select one repayment method of a setoff and a transfer. Here, when the transfer is selected, the control part 21 acquires transfer destination account information from the client terminal 10. The control part 21 performs a nominee check, an account presence check, and a check of accordance with a destination financial institution, and adds an evaluation value in each error. When a total value exceeds a management level value, the control part 21 acquires an error correspondence kind in the enterprise, and executes error correspondence processing.
