Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work holding means of a transfer apparatus which easily deals with the change of a work.
SOLUTION: In the transfer apparatus 10 in which a plurality of work stations 1-4 are arranged in parallel, a feed bar 11 is extended along each work station 1-4 and work holding means 21-24 are provided on the feed bars 11 and the work at the preceding station is held with the work holding tools 21A-24A of the work holding means 21-24 and the work is conveyed to the succeeding station by the carrying action of the feed bar 11, the work holding means 21-24 are composed of manipulators 30 and the manipulators 30 are composed so that the positions of own work holding tools 21A-24A are adjustable corresponding to the shape of the work.
