Abstract:
To provide a transfer assisting board for a wheel chair user which can reduce burden in self-supporting of transfer and in help, can be utilized as welfare equipment for care, is safe and easy to use.SOLUTION: There is provided a transfer assisting board 10 for a wheel chair user which is used when a user of a wheel chair 11 moves and transfers between the wheel chair 11 and an object 12 beside which the wheel chair 11 is placed. The transfer assisting board 10 comprises a board body 13 to be set between the wheel chair 11 and the object 12. The board body 13 comprises: a hanging plate part 19 for covering a space 26 which is formed between the wheel chair 11 and the object 12; and first and second laying plate parts 20, 21 each of which is continuously protruded to one of opposite sides in a width direction of a tip side of the hanging plate part 19 and can respectively be mounted on a seating surface 24 of the wheel chair 11 and a top surface 25 of the object 12. Rounded portions 22, 23 are provided on base side connection parts of the first and second laying plate parts 20, 21 to the hanging plate part 19, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
