A first connecting part R1 is made by arranging a male fitting part K1 and a female fitting part K2 which are fit to each other along the circumference in the connecting direction on respective clamps 3, 4 and a second connecting part R2 is made by housing a male engaging part 44 and a female engaging part 33 in the inside of respective clamps 3, 4. The female engaging part 33 of the second connecting part is composed of spherical bodies 36 as moving members which are moved in the direction orthogonally crossed to the connecting direction and the female engaging part 33 is made so as to engage to and disengaged from the male engaging part 44 by the movement of these spherical bodies 36.
