To provide a transfer carrying device enabling high speed by giving little damage to a work.
This device is provided with first and second feed rods 11 and 12 constituted so as to be reciprocated in opposite directions each other in front and rear directions/left and right directions. As a result, one of the first and second feed rods 11 and 12 returns while the other pitch-feeds the work 51, and the one returns to a position saved from the work 51 while the other moves to a position for feeding the work 51 and thereby when the one finishes feeding of the work 51, the other is capable of taking a posture for feeding the next work 51. When flowing speed of the works 51 is made the same as the conventional speed, moving speed of the first and second feed rods 11 and 12 becomes about the half and little damages gives to the work 51. When moving speed of the first and second feed rods 11 and 12 is set to be the same speed as the conventional moving speed, work carrying speed can be speeded up to a speed which is about twice of the conventional carrying speed.
