To prevent an excess agent applied to working equipment from wastefully drying up or absorbing moisture while the working equipment is suspended over a predetermined period, by carrying spare works into or out of the working equipment during a period not to cause any degradations of the excess applied agent by its drying up, absorbing moisture or the like at intervals longer than those in the normal carrying of works into or out of the working equipment.

A transfer control method for works carries works 20 at predetermined intervals into working equipment 10, which possibly goes out of condition upon suspension over a predetermined period during operation, and simultaneously carries processed works 20 out of the working equipment. While the working equipment 10 is suspended over the predetermined period, the transfer control method carries a plurality of spare works 20a reserved at the inlet 12 of the working equipment 10 into or out of the working equipment 10 within the predetermined period at intervals longer than those in the normal carrying of works into or out of the working equipment 10.
