PURPOSE: To prevent stop accompanied wit the connection to the next loading process and flying-out of a transferred article by synchronizing the conveyance speed in a conveyance passage and a vertical conveyance passage, in the captioned apparatus used for a mail partitioning machine equipped with an automatic taking-out apparatus.

CONSTITUTION: The mail group A cnsisting of a prescribed number of pieces collected in the division collecting block 10 in an automatic mail processing system apparatus in pushed-out onto the tray circulating part 16 side installed on the back side of the apparatus, then transferred in each tray 24 of horizontally tray conveying passages 23aW23c in plural stages in the transfer part 17 constituting a transfer conveyor apparatus 19. Each tray 24 is loaded in three pieces onto each loading board 25 of a tray elevator 18 and sent to the separating mechanism part 34 by the downward circulating movement of the loading board 25. In said mechanism part 34, the main group A is sent to an arranged edge changing apparatus 46 by the reciprocating movement of a pushing-out plate 43 and a taking-out plate 42 and transferred into a conveyance line 45.
