Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EDI system capable of easily coping with the change of the system.
SOLUTION: An operation system at a sender 150 prepares an internal file to be transmitted to a receiver as a trading partner and stores the file in a processing waiting area 104. A comprehensive information exchange system 103 acquires a transmitting and receiving registry stored in the file server based on the file name of the file for sending, and converts the file into an intermediate file based on the registry, and stores the file in an intermediate area. The file name of the intermediate file is prepared based on the file name of the file for sending and the information on the receiver. An exchanged registry in connection with the name of the intermediate file and corresponding to the system 140 of the receiver is read from a file server 106 and, based on the registry, the file is converted from the intermediate file to the file for sending before sending.
