Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device that can eliminate loosening of a transfer film near a rear end of a card caused by a collision of a tip of the card with a conveying roller pair on a downstream side of a transfer roller so as to prevent a wrinkle from occurring on a transfer image.SOLUTION: The transfer device makes conveying speed of a card K faster immediately before and immediately after a tip of the card rushes into a conveying roller pair 37 after transfer processing to the card K is started, or makes feeding speed of the transfer film slower so as to eliminate extra loosening of the transfer film occurring at a rear end side of the card; and thereafter, when the read end of the card passes through a transfer roller 33, makes the feeding speed of the transfer film much slower so as to eliminate the loosening of the transfer film at the read end side of the card.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
