Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device having a hardly limited range for transferring an object in a horizontal direction.SOLUTION: A transfer device 1 includes: a base section 2; and a link mechanism 20 which holds a carriage 10 to be an object and is rotatably connected to the base section 2 in a horizontal direction. The link mechanism 20 includes: a connection body 31 which is formed by relatively rotatably connecting two arm members 22 and 23 at respective one ends 22a and 23a via a horizontal rotary shaft A1; a universal wheel which movably supports the connection body 31 in the horizontal direction; and a drive section 42 which relatively rotates the two arm members 22 and 23 around the horizontal rotary shaft A1 so as to adjust a horizontal direction length of the connection body 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
