PURPOSE: To allow the slight error of the installtion position of a transferred substance and transfer a received substance in a stable manner, as to the receiving of the transferred substance by a clamping device.
CONSTITUTION: A supporting frame 11 which integrally supports a clamping device 2 which can nipping-hold a transferred substance is installed in a vertically shiftable manner for the device body 4 and in a swingable manner in the lateral direction, and a raising/lowering device 3b which can operate the clamping device 2 in a vertically raising/lowering manner is interposed between the device body 4 and the supporting frame 11, and an attitude fixing means 12 which fixes the relative attitude between the device body 4 and the clamping device 2 in a prescribed stage, accompanied with the rising operation of the clamping device 2 by the raising/lowering device 3b, is installed.
