To provide a transfer device capable of supporting various kinds of transfer objects and flexibly meeting a request such as change of a transfer object, and provide a food production device and a transfer system.SOLUTION: A transfer device 30 comprises: a drive unit 32 comprising a drive unit 40 and a drive shaft 42 configured to transmit rotational output from the drive unit 40; and a plurality of types of transfer units 34 configured to discharge a transfer object input from input ports 66a, 80a from discharge ports 66b, 80b.
