Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer fabric transferring wet paper from a papermaking part to a dehydrating part and a papermaking machine using the transfer fabric.
SOLUTION: This transfer fabric 1 receives wet paper made in a papermaking part from woven cloths 2 and 2' for papermaking at a wet paper receiving part A and sends the wet paper to the next dehydrating part B, and is composed of a woven net using plural layers of weft comprising a running face side made of monofilaments and a wet paper receiving face side made of yarns collecting element yarns of small diameter and forming a water-absorbing gap between the element yarns and single layer of warp comprising a monofilament or a twisted monofilament yarn. The objective papermaking machine uses the transfer fabric 1.
