Abstract:

To provide a transfer foil for in-mold having a transparent hologram of high designability with few ply separation, whitening and a crack even in a three-dimensional injection molded part, and to provide a three-dimensional molded part employed therewith.

The transfer foil for in-mold includes a base material 11, a releasing layer 13, a hard coat layer 14, a printing layer 21, a hologram layer 15, a transparent reflecting layer 17 and a bonding layer 19. The hologram layer 15 is one, which is formed by curing composition including (1) isocyanates having at least 3 isocyanate groups in one molecule, (2) one or a multiple selected from urethane(meth)acrylate oligomers having ether unit or ester unit and (3) silicone oil or reactive silicon with ionizing radiations. The hard coat layer 14 is one, which is formed by curing composition including (1) as the same resin as that of the hologram layer 15 and (2) as the same resin as that of the hologram layer 15 with ionizing radiations. The hard coat layer 14 and the hologram layer 15 have heat resistances such as no whitening develops even after leaving them for one hour at an atmosphere of 150C in (a) a tacky dry state of the coating films before curing by the ionizing radiation, (b) in a state where the elongation at break at 23C after curing by the ionizing radiation is 5% or more and (c) in a state of a transfer foil for in-mold 10.
