The transfer foil includes a base material and the transfer layer. The transfer layer has a release layer, deposition layer and adhesive layer at least on the base material. The release layer contains a resin (henceforth additive) which is different from the kind of a release layer principal ingredient. The content of the additive is assumed to be 0.5%-25% by the mass% in the release layer resin.
