Abstract:
To provide a transfer hand capable of absorbing workpiece and positioning errors and of fitting reliably against clip force when fitting or inserting a workpiece in a clip or the like.
The transfer hand 100 includes a holding part 1 that holds the workpiece; a guide part 3 that supports movably the holding part; a pressurizing spring 3b that pressurizes the holding part in a movable direction; and a rotation support 4 that supports rotatably the guide part.
