To provide a transfer implement with its refilling cartridge for holding a transfer article capable of being changed with a simple operation.

The transfer implement comprises a refilling cartridge 1 for holding transfer paste T and a transfer head K for contacting the transfer paste T to a transfer object, a case 2 for attachably/detachably housing the refilling cartridge 1, and a slide member 3 mounted to the case 2 and capable of sliding relatively to the case 2. In conjunction with the sliding movement of the slide member 3, the refilling cartridge 1 is separated from the case 2 through a separation mechanism X for linearly separating the refilling cartridge 1 to a direction nearly orthogonal to the sliding direction of the slide member 3. The case 2 is provided with grooves 221, 231 extending along the direction nearly orthogonal to the sliding direction of the slide member 3. The refilling cartridge 1 is provided with projection parts 125a, 125b guided by the grooves 221, 231 along with the sliding movement of the slide member 3.
