This transfer implement T comprises a transfer implement body including a first case member 31 and a second case member which is detachably fitted to the first case member 31, and a refill which is accommodated inside the transfer implement body and includes a feeder reel, a transfer head, a take-up reel and a refill frame. In addition, the transfer implement body includes a cap 6 including at least a support part 61 which can move between a closed position C for covering a transfer head and an open position for exposing the transfer head to the outside, and further, which is supported in a cantilever fashion, by a face plate part of the first case member 31; and a shielding part 62 which connects with the apex of the support part 61 and covers the transfer head at the closed position C.
