PURPOSE: To form an image of good quality with extremely simple constitution by fixing a member which guides transfer paper to a photosensitive body through a support member which allows charge-transfer between a guide member and a device body.

CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower guide plates 2a and 2b of the guide member 2 which guides the transfer paper P to the photosensitive body 1 are fixed to a main structure 6 through fixing members 3a and 3b. The fixing member 3 have a specific resistance value and allow charge-transfer between the guide plate 2 and main body 6. Thus, the simple constitution which requires no special electric parts prevents transfer absence and contamination due to toner to obtain an image of good quality.
