The belt member BE of the conveyor 10 is attracted onto an endless belt 20 installed above the conveyor 10, and transferred to the upper side of the tray 3 by the endless belt 20. The attraction of a magnet 30 is released, and the belt member BE is transferred from the conveyor 10 onto the tray 3. Consequently, by merely transferring the belt member BE to the endless belt 20 side by the conveyor 10, the belt member BE is transferred from the conveyor 10 onto the tray 3. As a result, the belt member BE is transferred from the conveyor 10 onto the tray 3 in a short time.
