Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily exchange only plunger without requiring disassembling the mold by releasing the press force of a securing piece to a plunger by a moving cylinder, and thereafter by exchanging the plunger in a state being movable in a manner pulling it out from the mounting recession of a mounting piece to the mold side.
CONSTITUTION: The position of a moving cylinder 310e approaches a press plate 306 side. In consequence of this manner, a sphere 310d being pressed hitherto inward of a communication port 310c formed on a mounting piece 310a through the inner surface of the moving cylinder 310e and urged in the mounting recession 300a of a plunger 300 moves outward along the communication port 310c and comes out from the mounting recession part 300a of the plunger 300, resulting in its withdrawal into the large diameter part 31 of in the moving cylinder 310e. Thus, the engagement between the mounting piece 310a and the plunger 300 via the sphere 310d is released, with the result that the plunger 300 can easily be pulled out upward from the lower mold 20.
