Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a decorative pattern from distortion and to transfer with accuracy by a method wherein resin is injected into a die provided with a transfer sheet and an injection molded part having a transfer pattern is manufactured by fixing the four corners of the trnsfer sheet to the die surface.
CONSTITUTION: A frame 3 is forced into a circular groove 22 equipped on the mating surface of a die 2A and the transfer sheet 1 is fixed to the die surface, then, dies 2A, 2B are clamped and molten resin 7 is injected from a gate 23. Since the transfer sheet 1 is fixed firmly to the die surface, the transfer sheet does not wrinkle and a decorative pattern of good appearance free from distortions can be obtained.
