The transfer press machine processes a heated metal plate (21), while transferring it, by pressing the metal plate (21) with a plurality of molds (11-13). The transfer press machine has a cooling mold comprising a cope and a drag which touches and cools the metal plate (21) formed into a prescribed shape at a previous stage. At least either the cope or the drag has a storing section for storing coolant (41) and a plurality of feeding holes (32) for feeding the coolant to the face of the cooling mold touching the metal plate (21).
