Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that different kinds of workpieces each having a large shell length ratio between the minimum shell length and the maximum shell length cannot be processed in a transfer press machine to draw and process a tubular workpiece having a 50-200 mm shell length.
SOLUTION: A transfer pres machine is characterized in that the transfer press machine is provided with a drawing device 10 to draw with a drawing punch 17 installed in its bottom end and a downward drawing die by vertically transferring a drawing slide 16 with a drawing cam mechanism, an initial drawing device 20 to initially draw with a drawing punch 27 installed in its bottom end and a downward drawing die by vertically transferring a drawing slide 26 with a drawing cam mechanism, re-drawing devices 30, 40 to perform multistage re-drawing with drawing punches 37, 47 installed in its bottom end and each downward multistage drawing die by vertically transferring a drawing slide 36 with a toggle mechanism which can adjust an eccentricity volume and a transfer device 60.
