To miniaturize an arm.SOLUTION: A transfer robot in an embodiment includes a plurality of horizontal link type arms for moving a hand capable of holding a transfer object. At least one of the plurality of arms includes an arm-integrated type built-in motor for turning directly own arm or another arm. The built-in motor includes a stator part, a rotor part and a stator holding part. The rotor part is rotated to the stator part.
