To provide a transfer sheet and a pattern forming method using the same, which enable a lacquering-tinged pattern, where a metallic foil powder such as a gold foil powder or a silver foil powder is arranged, to be formed on a base material by transfer.
A clear layer 2, which is composed of an ultraviolet-cured resin or an electron radiation-cured resin, is provided on a base film 1; a metallic-foil powder layer 3 is provided on the clear layer 2 by arranging the metallic foil powder 6; a coating and fixing layer 4 for coating and fixing the powder 6 is provided on the clear layer 2; the transfer sheet 10, where an adhesive layer 5 is provided on the layer 4 according to need, is stuck on the base material; and the base film 1 is peeled after the clear layer 2 is cured by applying ultraviolet rays or an electron beam, so that the lacquering-tinged pattern, possessed by the transfer sheet 10, can be imparted to the base material.
