PURPOSE: To provide a transfer sheet enabling the simplifcation of the processes and reduction of the cost simultaneously by accomplishing a dye transfer and a metallic color transfer with a single transfer.

CONSTITUTION: A peeling layer 2 is provided on a heat resistant substrate sheet 1. Then, a coloring agent layer 3 and a protective layer 5 to be provided as required are arranged thereon to form a metal-evaporated transfer foil (A). An adhesive layer 7 is printed in patterns on the foil and additionally, a dye ink layer 6 containing a dispersed dye, an oil-soluble dye and the like mobile with a sublimating or a hot melting property is printed on the part except for the adhesive layer 7 to form a transfer sheet. The sheet is piled on a polyester fiber product or the like to transfer, which enables the dye transfer on the doby to be transferred simultaneously with a painting in gold an silver color. The transfer is done for about 30sec. under a pressure of about 50g/cm2 at about 200°C after the transfer sheet is placed on a heating plate (H). The metal evaporated layer 4 is made of metal such as aluminum at the thickness of 400W600.
