To realize communication between both persons such as mail communication without publishing the mail address of an opposite party at the time of information communication, to obtain necessary information and additional information with respect to an information supplier and an information retrieving person at the time of obtaining information, to make it to be data for judging the value of information and to realize direct communication without using a mail address between both persons.

Information supplier specification display and information retrieving person specification display are previously decided and information on them is stored in a data base. When the information retrieving person retrieves information, retrieval information, arbitrary additional information and information supplier specification display are supplied. When the information retrieving person accesses the information supplier, the opposite party is specified by information supplier specification display and information is transmitted. A server specifies the mail address of the opposite party and information is transferred. Arbitrary additional information of the information retrieving person and information retrieving person specification display are supplied with the transfer and information is transferred without opening the mail address between both persons.
