To provide a transfer tool in which enlargement in the size of a case or the deterioration of workability can be avoided effectively while facilitating the work of exchanging a refill.

In the transfer tool, the center of rotation of an arm 33 for supporting a take-up reel 36 is arranged at a predetermined position that is positioned between a transfer head 37 and a supply reel 34. Therefore, the refill 2 can be exchanged quickly when the reel is removed to the most suitable position, and since a mounting position of the arm 33 is not restricted by a position of the supply reel 34 or the transfer head 37, the aimless enlargement of the arm 33 and the deterioration of workability which occurs because the transfer head 37 approaches the position that is too near the other reel are avoided effectively, and thereby the transfer tool can be made compact in size and excellent in transfer workability and the arm 33 can be positioned easily at the most suitable position when the refill 2 is exchanged.
