Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer unit and a transfer device to provide a small size, a high discharge pressure, and a high discharge amount and prevent the occurrence of a trouble, such as sticking of a moving part.
SOLUTION: This transfer unit 1 for liquid comprises a rotation casing 3 consisting of an upfaced conical surface 30, a working chamber 31, a discharge hole 35 having a discharge port 34 formed in the upfaced conical surface 30, a lower suction hole 37 having an outflow port 36, an upper suction hole 39 having an inflow port 38, a gas bleed hole having a gas bleed port, and a gas introduction hole having a gas introduction port; a fixing valve 4 consisting of a downfaced conical surface 40, a discharge port 43 to intercommunicate the discharge port 34 and the outside, a gas introduction port 41 communicated with the gas introduction port in a first rotation position, a gas bleed port 42 communicated with the gas bleed port in a second rotation position, and a suction port 44 for liquid communicated with the outlet of a lower suction hole 37 and the inlet of an upper suction hole 39 in a third rotation position; and an energizing means 5 to energize a rotation casing 3.
