PURPOSE: To facilitate molten metal injecting work by supporting a tilting frame through a side surface having a specified recessed roll-off track in a system where a metallurgy transfer container is installed in the tilting frame supported on a track frame.

CONSTITUTION: An upper frame 3 is supported on a lower frame 2 having a track frame 4 on the lower part through a weighing cell 5 and stabilizing rods 6, 7, and a tilting frame 9 is supported on the upper frame 3 through a side surface 10 having a circular-arc roll-off track 12 with a radius of (r). A metallurgy transfer container (ladle) 13 is inserted on the tilting frame 9, and a ladle bracket 14 is supported in a centering recessed part 15 on the side surface 10. The thus constructed tiling frame 9 is tilted by the operation of a pressure medium cylinder 16. The ratio of the distance from the center of a transfer vehicle to the maximum tilting position of an outflow port 23 of the ladle 13 to a radius (r) of curvature of the roll-off track 12 is set between 1.5 and 3.5.
